BAYADA at Cape Regional Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits. Opportunities exist for per-diem, part-time, and full-time schedules across Cape May County, NJ. Join a team dedicated to compassionate care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

Current RN license in NJ.
Minimum 1 year of clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Home health experience preferred but not required.
Ability to travel to cases; strong computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Follow designated care plans per patient needs.
Perform home visits to clients in Cape May County.
Administer medications, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
Document doctors' orders and care observations accurately.
Conduct client assessments and coordinate case management.
Document interventions and evaluations in the EMR on a touchpad tablet.
