Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed registered nurse in good standing.
• Strong assessment, care planning, and medication/treatment administration skills.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities.
• Ability to work independently in home-based settings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per clinical standards.
