Qualifications

• Must have current RN or LPN license to practice in Minnesota.
• Experience with pediatric patients is desired, but not mandatory.
• Training and support are provided for g-tube, trach, and ventilator care.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care for a 7-year-old with a g-tube.
• Deliver care in a home setting, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

THE POSITION

• Location: Mountain Lake, MN
• Hours:
  • Saturday/Sunday day shift.
  • Every other Wednesday & Saturday overnight shift.
• Client Specifics: Join our team to care for a 7 year old with g-tube.

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The base range for this role is $26.00 to $42.00 hourly which is based on license, experience, qualifications, scheduled hours, and acuity of the client.
