Job summary

Varco Hospice in Natalia, TX is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to perform in-home patient assessments and deliver one-on-one nursing care. You will develop and follow individualized care plans, educate patients and caregivers, monitor progress, and document care accurately.

The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomy, and meaningful, patient-centered work in a home-health setting. Requires Texas RN license and relevant clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (required).
• Home health or acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
