We’re searching for dedicated Pediatric Home Health Nurses to provide essential, personalized clinical care for children with complex medical needs. THE POSITION

• Location: Maple Grove, MN
• Hours:
  • Friday & Saturday days.
  • Saturday nights.
• Client Specifics: Join our team to care for a 28 year old with g-tube, trach, and vent.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children! With specialized training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care, we’ll help you navigate the winter season like a pro. Plus, with our 24-hour support staff, you'll never feel like you’re alone. Pediatric experience is preferred, but everyone is welcome to join our cozy crew!

SALARY RANGE

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. The base range for this role is $27.00 to $42.00 hourly which is based on license, experience, qualifications, scheduled hours, and acuity of the client. Please note that base range does not include shift differentials or sign on bonus.
