Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in Oregon.
• Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to function in home health across diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and revise patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and health care professionals.
• Supervise home health aides and licensed nurses; assign tasks per regulations.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and document visits according to policy.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services and infection control standards.
