HealthCare California is a locally owned home health agency serving the Fresno, Merced, and Visalia areas. We seek a Part Time Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, following the plan of care and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include assessments, treatments, documentation, and driving to patient visits while maintaining excellent clinical skills and communication with staff and families.

Qualifications

• Must have valid California RN license.
• Minimum 2 years in home health or acute care.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid California Driver's License.
• Computer skills for reporting in online portal.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient needs and initiate care.
• Provide nursing services per care plan.
• Prepare items for treatments and procedures.
• Follow infection-control standards to prevent spread of infection.
• Make treatment recommendations based on patient acuity.
• Drive to visit patients at their homes.
• Document skilled care on all visits per agency standards.
