Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Fort Worth, TX seeks a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled visits to clients in home settings, adhering to physician orders and the care plan. You'll collaborate with the branch team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.

The role requires an active RN license, strong communication, flexibility, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance. This PRN position offers variety, independence, and opportunities to grow within a leading home health

Formación

Must hold a current and unencumbered RN license in the state you intend to work.
Must be organized, detail-oriented and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
RN must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively.
Ability to assume a flexible work schedule.
Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.

Responsabilidades

Administer skilled care visits to clients requiring intermittent professional services per physician orders and plan of care, under the direction of the Branch Director.
Educate the client, family, and other members of the health care team according to the established plan of care.
