UnitedHealth Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Mississippi. The RN will provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating total care plans with physicians and the health care team.

The role emphasizes exceptional patient outcomes and alignment with agency policies. Responsibilities include supervising home health staff, completing comprehensive assessments, ensuring documentation accuracy, and maintaining infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice (Mississippi).
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to dependable transportation or public transit.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and revises the plan of care with the physician and care team.
• Supervises home health aides and LPNs, providing instruction and task delegation per regulations.
• Performs required supervisory visits and ensures compliance with policy and infection control standards.
• Documents visits and completes assessments (OASIS) accurately and timely.
• Communicates with physician, patient, and family to ensure quality care and continuity of care.
