Qualifications

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive assessments of client status.
• Develops and/or follows an individualized Plan of Care.
