A leading home care service provider is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing services. This role involves comprehensive client assessments, development of individual care plans, and ensuring compliance with nursing standards. Qualificações

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provides services to clients in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act.
• Performs comprehensive assessments of client status.
• Develops and/or follows an individualized Plan of Care.
