Elara Caring is looking for a Registered Nurse Home Health to join our team in Stillwater, Oklahoma. You will assess patients, perform initial and ongoing evaluations, and deliver nursing care per plans of care and physician orders.

You will educate patients and families, monitor changes, and ensure safe, high-quality home health care. A valid RN license and 1+ year of clinical experience are required; home health experience is preferred.

Formación

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associates or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of nursing experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assessing patients to determine care needs.
• Complete initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Protect patient and staff privacy per HIPAA.
• Provide nursing care according to plan of care and physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care and safety.
• Take appropriate action when patient conditions change.
• Help ensure quality, safe, and continuous patient care.
