Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed nurse to administer skilled care to patients in the home, teaching families and caregivers as part of the health care team. You will perform services per physician orders and the established POC, contributing to high-quality home-based care.

The role requires graduation from an approved clinical education program, state licensure, and at least one year of experience. Strong technology skills, including using a mobile device, are needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education; licensed in the state where they practice; at least one year of licensed professional experience.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilités

• Administer skilled care to patients per the plan of care.
• Educate the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care (POC).
