Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed healthcare professional to provide skilled nursing and care at patients' homes in Mobile, Alabama. Responsibilities include administering skilled services, teaching families, and following physician orders per the care plan.

Candidates must be licensed in Alabama, hold CPR certification, and have at least one year of professional experience, with mobility to travel to patient locations. Medicare/home health experience is a plus.

Formación

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
• Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with approval from regional leadership.
• Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other health care team members.
• Perform services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care (POC).
