Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to provide skilled home health services in Topeka, Kansas. The role includes delivering patient-centered care, teaching families and care teams, and following physician orders and the plan of care.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an approved clinical education program, hold a state license, have at least one year of relevant experience, and possess CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have CPR certification for the healthcare provider.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
