Afternoon Shift Wellness LPN

Apply to the Afternoon Shift Wellness LPN role at Erickson Senior Living.

Location: Fox Run Village by Erickson Senior Living, Novi, Michigan.

Compensation: Commendation with experience starting at $30 hourly, plus a $3 per hour shift premium for the 3:00pm‑11:30pm shift. Full time.

Responsibilities: The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, ensuring the overall well‑being of residents; assisting in training and monitoring of medication care managers, care associates and personal care workers (where regulations allow); maintaining professional and timely communication with resident support services and families.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Developing relationships with residents and families using a consistent caregiver approach focusing on their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
  • Completing observations and evaluations of residents for potential changes in clinical condition.
  • Updating or modifying resident service plans as needed.
  • Identifying ongoing resident needs to maintain the highest level of well‑being and ensuring all medical needs are met.
  • Monitoring residents’ medication/treatment profiles to ensure accurate administration, availability, and documentation.
  • Reconciling medication deliveries for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Observing, evaluating, monitoring, and following up on residents who have experienced falls, accidents, or incidents.
  • Collaborating with the Assisted Living Manager, Memory Care Manager, and Wellness Manager in analyzing care/clinical outcomes in assisted living and/or memory‑care neighborhoods.
  • Assisting in coordinating ancillary support services such as Home Health, Hospice, Outpatient Rehab, Mental Health, provider visits, etc.
What You Will Need
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living, home health, or long‑term care (preferred).
  • Passion to care for seniors and strong resident advocacy.
  • Current and valid state license as LPN.
  • Current certification of basic CPR/Basic Life Support.
  • Experience with electronic medical records.
