Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an experienced registered nurse to provide skilled home health services in the Chattanooga area. You will administer skilled care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the health care team to implement care plans.

Ideal candidates are licensed in Tennessee, with at least one year of licensed professional experience and comfort using mobile technology for documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsabilités

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
