Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed professional to administer skilled care in patients' homes in the Athens, TN area. The role requires a valid state license, CPR, and at least one year of professional experience.

You will educate patients and families and collaborate with the care team to follow the physician’s orders and care plan. Applicants should possess basic technology skills and comfort using mobile devices as part of daily patient care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an approved school of clinical education.
• Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
• Must have at least one year experience as a licensed professional.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services.
• Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team.
• Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC).
