Job summary

Northern Light Health in Brewer, ME is seeking a Staff Nurse (RN) for a full-time role in Home Care and Hospice. The position reports to Home Health - Bangor and offers a standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule with a generous pay range per hour and the possibility of a sign-on bonus.

The Staff Nurse will provide patient-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, ensure safety, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement plans of care for

Qualifications

• BLS for Healthcare Providers is required.
• RN license required.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program or diploma.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Patient Safety: maintain a safe environment per agency policies and national safety goals.
• Clinical Assessments: perform comprehensive assessments and interpret abnormal data.
• Caring & Code of Conduct: build trusting patient/family relationships and respect.
• Documentation: ensure concise, accurate records meeting regulatory standards.
• Collaboration: work with interdisciplinary team to implement the plan of care.
