Maxim Healthcare in Martinez, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients. The role includes administering medications, planning and coordinating care, and ensuring patient safety across shifts.

Qualificações

• Current RN license for the state you practice.
• Current Health Certificate as per facility RN contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray clearance.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in home settings.
• Initiates the plan of care and requests revisions as patient needs change.
• Provides therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Responds to changes in patient status and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed; monitors and documents effects.
• Reviews care plans and identifies education, care coordination and discharge needs.
