Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full- or part-time home health visits in Centerville, Hyannis, Yarmouth, and Brewster. You will join a multi-disciplinary team delivering skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients wanting to remain at home.

You will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage acute and post-acute care, and provide wound care, IV therapy, and medication reconciliation while maintaining compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population in acute care, home health, or rehab settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Manage acute and post-acute care needs (CHF, COPD, wounds, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and independently handle urgent clinical situations in the home.
