Maxim Healthcare in Cleveland is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes and potentially in a school setting depending on the case. Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state where you practice.
• Current Health Certificate as per contract or state regulation.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray is required.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiates plan of care and requests revisions as patient needs change.
• Performs therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Intervenes in response to changes in patient condition and reports to physician or supervisor.
• Administers medications and treatments and monitors their effectiveness.
• Reviews care plans and supports discharge planning as applicable.
