Adoration Health in Covington, GA is seeking a compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This PRN role focuses on one-to-one patient care with weekly visits, delivering skilled nursing services in patients' homes.

You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A valid RN license in Georgia, CPR certification, and one year of nursing experience in home health or related settings are

Formación

• RN license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• At least 1 year of nursing practice in a patient care setting is required; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license, driving record acceptable, and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy
• Current CPR certification is required; new grads may be considered in select markets

Responsabilidades

• Assess, monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
