Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, with part-time consideration based on availability.

The RN will perform Start of Care visits, recertifications, and skilled nursing in patients' homes, complete clinical documentation, and coordinate care with the clinical team. Flex scheduling supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• Home health experience preferred
• Ability to perform Start of Care visits and recertifications

Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications
• Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home
• Review and complete required clinical documentation; assist with chart review and care coordination
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding patient needs and changes in condition
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
