Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to support a home health team in the Pueblo area. The primary need is for a full-time RN, with part-time consideration based on availability.

You will perform Start of Care visits, recertifications, and deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Ideal candidates have home health experience, thrive while working independently in the field, and maintain thorough clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Home health experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Comfort with Start of Care visits and recertifications.
• Strong clinical documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete Start of Care visits and recertifications.
• Perform patient assessments and provide skilled nursing care in the home.
• Review and complete required clinical documentation; chart review and care coordination.
• Communicate with the clinical team regarding patient needs and condition changes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
