Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery at home, empowering families to achieve healthcare goals and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and maintaining patients’ ability to live independently at home.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license in the state of work, with at least two years of RN experience (home health preferred), a valid driver's license, and CPR/BCLS certification.

• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.
