Job summary

Adoration Health in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide patient-focused care in home settings. This full-time role offers 1:1 patient interaction, independent work with team support, and opportunities for growth within a growing organization.

The position requires an RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is included and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• At least 1 year of nursing practice in a patient care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home health care to patients in their homes.
• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Develop and follow home health care plans aligned with physician orders and patient goals.
• Administer medications and treatments, able to manage pain and symptoms.
• Educate and support patients' families and caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in on-call rotations.
