Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in Massachusetts.
- Computer literacy and strong documentation skills.
- Prior RN experience in homecare or clinical settings.
- Strong interpersonal and patient care skills.
- Current driver's license.
- CPR/First Aid certified.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and perform skilled treatments.
- Conduct assessments and provide ADL support.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
- Document patient progress and report status changes.
