Professional Case Management is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home health care in Chillicothe, Ohio. You’ll build one-on-one relationships with patients and manage care in the comfort of their homes.

This position offers flexible scheduling to fit school, travel, volunteering, or family life. Ideal candidates are state-approved RN graduates with an unrestricted license and CPR certification; new grads are welcome with a paid mentorship program.

Competenze

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Prefer minimum of one year RN experience in acute care or equivalent; new grads encouraged with paid mentorship program.
• Current CPR certification and TB test (reimbursement may be available).

Mansioni

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
• Maintain safety and follow agency policies and procedures to ensure quality care.
