Mercy Home Health is seeking a dedicated RN to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes within the Mercy South area and neighboring counties. Deliver patient-centered care under physician direction, with emphasis on assessment, planning, implementation, documentation, and evaluation of outcomes.

The role offers a full-time schedule—Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM—with rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotations. Mileage reimbursement is provided for travel between visits.

Formación

• Experience in home health, acute care, or related settings preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction.
• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with the care team.
