Qualifications

• One year of related home health or acute care experience.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Missouri with valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day patient care in home setting and case management.
• Perform admissions, assessments, recertifications, discharges, and patient teaching.
• Document care in the Epic system.
