Gallagher Home Health, Hospice, and Home Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate in-home care across the community. This role offers a flexible schedule, an attractive salary, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus to new hires.

As a Home Health RN, you will assess patients, develop care plans, collaborate with physicians, and help patients remain safely at home with quality nursing support and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current, active Pennsylvania RN license.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled nursing care based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help patients achieve healthcare goals and remain safely at home.
• Care for patients with a variety of medical needs.
• Use nursing expertise to make a meaningful difference daily.
