Job summary

UNC Health is seeking an RN for Home Health to provide one-to-one, holistic care in patients' homes in Raleigh, NC. This full-time role requires 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday days and some weekend/on‑call rotations.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of nursing experience with strong wound care, infusions, catheter care, and the ability to work independently while managing a personal travel schedule. Licensure in NC is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
• One (1) year of nursing experience caring for acute and chronically ill patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one holistic home health care in patients' homes.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care and manage your own schedule.
• Manage own schedule and travel between patient homes.
• Provide personalized care and abide by on‑call rotations.
