Trilogy Home Healthcare, a Humana company, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our award-winning home health team in Citrus County, FL. This PRN/Per Diem position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes.

You will collaborate with physicians and the Clinical Team Managers to develop and implement care plans, advocate for patients, and support their health and independence.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active Florida RN license.
• Minimum 1 year Acute Care or Med/Surg; Home Health experience is a plus.
• Valid Florida driver license, vehicle insurance, and clear MVR.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.
