Job summary

Open Systems Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington, D.C. This role involves working directly with clients to assess their needs, create care plans, and ensure the delivery of quality services. You'll engage with clients and families, performing supervisory visits and coordinating with care teams.

The ideal candidate should have an active RN license and at least two years of nursing experience. Flexible hours and a supportive work environment are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RN state license.
• Must possess a valid drivers' license.
• Requires two or more years of applicable nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Accepts client admissions as assigned by Agency.
• Completes initial home assessments of clients.
• Prepares written plans of care for clients.
• Conducts supervisory visits to ensure quality of services.
• Provides supervision to aides and records documentation.
• Observes and evaluates adequacy of care.
• Coordinates client care with staffing coordinators.
