Summa Health At Home is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled home health care in the Akron area. You will educate patients and families, ensure safety, and document care within regulatory guidelines.

The role requires an active RN license in the state and at least 1 year of acute care experience; home health is preferred. You will work a 3-day week, 8am–5pm, with 2 holidays annually and no weekends.

Competenze

• RN license in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum of one year of RN experience in acute care.
• Home care experience is desirable.

Mansioni

• Provides skilled nursing care as ordered by the physician.
• Observes and monitors patient conditions; documents findings.
• Administers medications as prescribed and manages care plans.
• Completes OASIS assessments and adjusts care plans as needed.
• Ensures patient and family education and safety throughout visits.
