Job summary
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time field role providing compassionate home health visits in Maryland. You will follow designated care plans for adult and geriatric clients in Baltimore County territories such as Pikesville, Towson, and Mount Washington.

Qualifications
- Must hold an active Maryland Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
- Home health experience strongly preferred, but not required.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits according to a defined care plan for adult and geriatric clients in assigned territories.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and execute treatments.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
- Document doctor orders accurately and follow up as needed.
- Perform client assessments and participate in case management and coordination.
- Document observations and interventions using an EMR-enabled touchpad tablet.
