AccentCare is seeking a Part-Time/PRN RN Field Nurse in California to deliver high-quality home health care across the assigned coverage area. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and adjusting care plans, and coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure optimal outcomes.

The position requires an active RN license in the state, at least one year of experience, and CPR certification. Schedule is typically weekday hours with on-site visits in the community we serve.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.

Aufgaben

• Assess the status of nursing needs of assigned patients and implement the individualized care plan.
• Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan and modify as appropriate.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Supervise and teach other clinical personnel, including written orders and supervision.
• Initiate and revise plans of care and provide preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
