Job summary

AccentCare is seeking an RN Field Nurse for Home Health in Redding, CA. This part-time/PRN role combines direct and indirect patient care to pediatric through geriatric patients, ensuring adherence to the patient care plan.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, care plan development and modification, and supervising support staff as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with compensation on a pay-per-point basis.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice nursing in the state.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess nursing needs of assigned patients and implement individualized care plans.
• Plan, evaluate, and modify care plans as needed.
• Promote and maintain optimal client care; diagnose and address health problems.
• Perform initial nursing evaluation and re-evaluate needs as required.
• Supervise and teach other clinical staff as applicable.
• Initiate preventive and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
