Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care in Pendleton, OR seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse to assess, coordinate, and provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.

You will work Tuesday through Friday (4x10s) with weekend rotation, 40 hours per week, day shift, with a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and benefits paid by employer.

Requires RN license in Oregon, CPR, and one year of acute care RN experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; continuing education encouraged.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential medical care and support to patients in home settings.
• Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Communicate with patients, families, and providers.
• Maintain accurate patient records of assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Support hospital mission and required education.
