Job summary

Saint Francis Home Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for Full Time Days, Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible) in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The RN assesses, plans, directs and initiates nursing care and coordinates therapy referrals with physicians, staff and patients/caregivers.

Responsibilities include developing patient-centered plans of care, delivering nursing care at home, documenting in EMR, and coordinating with the health care team.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required or eligible in states served.
• Basic computer skills and EMR experience preferable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
