Mercy is seeking a registered nurse to manage and deliver high-quality home nursing care within our community health standards. You will coordinate case management and provide compassionate care to patients in their homes, aligning with agency policy and nursing practice.

Requirements include RN licensure, graduate from an accredited program, and at least two years in Medical/Surgical nursing; BSN is preferred and Home Health experience is a plus. Mercy offers strong benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Licensure: Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience.
• Other: Valid driver's license and required auto liability insurance.
• Preferred Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• Preferred Experience: Home Health experience.
