Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking an RN Clinical Manager in Greenville, NC to lead a team of clinicians delivering in-home care. You will guide care planning, ensure Medicare/commercial payer compliance, and drive quality improvements.

The role requires an RN license, CPR, and at least 2 years of RN experience, with home health and OASIS proficiency preferred. On-site, full-time with a comprehensive benefits package and annual incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Proof of CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse.
• Traditional home health experience preferred.
• Management/people leadership experience preferred.
• OASIS experience preferred; certifications preferred (HCS-O, COQS, COS-C).
• HCHB experience preferred.
• CMS PDGM knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide, support, and educate clinicians; assist with goal setting, care planning, and clinical decisions.
• Ensure clinical documentation, audits, and billing meet Medicare/payer standards; monitor quality and outcomes.
• Participate in hiring, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and corrective action for clinical staff.
• Review and audit clinical documentation (OASIS, visit notes, plan of care) for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with field clinicians to ensure timely submission of documentation and resolve deficiencies.
• Assist with OASIS accuracy and alignment with care plans and physician orders.
• Monitor quality indicators and help develop performance improvement plans.
• Participate in audits, regulatory readiness, and quality improvement projects.
• Report quality metrics and trends to leadership.
• Provide staff education and support on compliance and documentation standards.
