Job summary

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Current Driver's License with access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation.
• LA state: 1+ year RN clinical experience; RN with recent LPN experience may waive; unrestricted licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate total plan of care with other health care professionals.
• Perform supervisory visits and oversee home health aides per regulations.
• Document visits and assessments in accordance with policy.
