Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN licensure in Alabama.
- Current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- 1+ year of home health experience (preferred).
- Ability to work independently; strong written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed by physician.
- Coordinate plan of care with health care professionals and families.
- Supervise home health aides and licensed nurses; ensure compliance and safety.
- Complete assessments (OASIS) and medication reconciliation accurately.
- Document visits per policy; communicate with physicians and care team.
- Participate in on-call and weekend rotation as needed.
