Job summary

Amedisys is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time days in Clinton, SC, delivering home health services. You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, supervise LPNs and HHAs, and coordinate with the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

The role offers a Saturday, Sunday plus a weekday of your choice schedule, a $10K sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical plans, PTO, wellness rewards, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical RN experience; approval by VP Clinical if less than 1 year.
• Current RN license for the state(s) you are assigned to work.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and collaborates with the care team to develop and implement a plan of care.
• Makes referrals to other disciplines as indicated by patient needs or documents rationale for not doing so.
• Promotes patient health and independence through teaching and rehabilitative measures.
• Supervises LPNs and HHAs.
• Completes documentation timely and accurately.
• Regularly communicates patient progress to the clinical manager and care team.
