The role is a staff position with a 40-hour work week and an 8-hour shift. Eligible for a $10,000 first-year bonus and ongoing opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized home health leader.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse with state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year RN bedside experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of workday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting.
• Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning.
• Educate families on disease management and treatment plans.
