Adoration Health in Knoxville, TN is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide patient-centered 1:1 home care, aligning care plans with physician orders and patient goals.

This full-time role offers independent work with team support, on-call rotation as required, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. Valid RN license, 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with current unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing practice in patient care; home health, geriatrics or related settings preferred.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans that align with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
