Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health At Home seeks nurses for a flexible, patient-centered home care role. Focus on one patient at a time in a home setting to reduce distractions and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma Certificate in Nursing.
• Minimum of six months RN experience or minimum of one year of LPN experience, preferably in home care or hospice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that include Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
