Adoration Health’s Westminster, MD home health team seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide expert, patient-centered care in a supportive environment. This full-time RN role covers Westminster and Carroll County with Monday–Friday hours and HCHB experience preferred.

Office location is Westminster, MD; coverage area includes Carroll County. Opportunity for growth within a growing company and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• RN degree with current license in state of practice, and in the state of residence.
• 1 year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and the patient’s goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
