Adoration Health in North Carolina seeks a Registered Nurse for our Home Health team in Lenoir/Morganton. You will provide expert, patient-centered care in patients' homes, following physician orders and care plans.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision insurance; 401(k); mileage reimbursement; generous PTO; and tuition discounts. Join a supportive, growing team delivering quality home-based care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted license in the state of practice and residence.
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, valid car insurance, and driving record per policy.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
